Perrin will head up ARRK LCO Protomoule in Alby-sur-Chéran, near Annecy, France. ARRK LCO Protomoule provides rapid prototyping, 3D printing, rapid tooling and low volume injection moulding services to clients in consumer products, automotive, medical and industrial engineering markets.
Craig Vickers, Head of ARRK’s Prototyping Division in Europe, remarked that Sylvestre’s appointment is an important step in advancing ARRK’s ambitious expansion plans for its prototyping operations in France, Italy and Switzerland.
"We are absolutely delighted that Sylvestre has joined us, especially during this exciting time as ARRK looks to deliver a more cohesive, full line prototyping service across Europe to its customers," said Vickers. "Sylvestre brings extensive commercial, industrial and engineering experience to the role, especially in the field of new product development and management.
"With well-established prototyping operations in the UK, Spain and Scandinavia, along with our more recent expansion into Poland and Germany, the range on offer from ARRK’s prototyping division is really moving to a higher level in supporting our customer’s product development needs."
There has been more upward movement at ARRK LCO in the company’s Prototyping Sales division, as Leon Pieterse has been promoted to man this department, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in the prototyping industry.
