New Technologies from Lanxess
At K 2010 Lanxess will showcase its latest innovations in materials, processes and technologies. The new developments are an expression of the creative and effective culture of innovation that has become established at the company in recent years. Thanks to this culture of innovation, Lanxess has been highly successful with research and development. And it has played a crucial role in transforming the company into an innovation-driven global player with excellent prospects for the future. New technologies to be exhibited at K 2010 include: two polyamides for making foamed injection-moulded parts; a polyamide 66 for automotive pipes, PBT blends for exterior truck cab components, oil-resistant TPE with operating temperatures of up to 170 °C
; floor coverings made from Lanxess special-purpose rubbers; low-temperature-resistant Therban seal for natural gas vehicles; and grafted EP(D)M for impact-resistant polyamides.
