This year at JEC World in Paris, the LEHVOSS Group will present new products for vacuum infusion and thermosetting resins.
In addition to SMC-Thickening Pastes LUVATOL and SMC-Carrier Foils TRENNFILM, the composite-team LUVATOL is presenting the new products for vacuum infusion and thermosetting resins (SMC/BMC, Pultrusion etc.).
Peel Ply for vacuum infusion – new product highlights
Peel Ply 21 EP is a combination of a polyamide based Peel Ply and the Blue 21 epoxy spray adhesive. The Peel Ply 21 EP has adhesive properties for an easy fixing of the Peel Ply in the mold or on the part. The applied adhesive has a tested compatibility to epoxy resins.
Peel Ply ER is a modified Peel Ply type for polyurethane applications to ensure a sufficient release of the Peel Ply from the part.

LUVOTRENT TL - Internal Mould Release Additives
LEHVOSS will present proprietary formulations of unique polymeric compounds and organic esters engineered for today's new complex thermosetting resins and polymer systems.
The addition of LUVOTRENT allows for faster cycles, easy mold release, improved flow characteristics, reduced resin viscosity, improved dispersion of pigments/fillers, bettering of surface and reduced wear and tear on dies and tools.
LUVATINE VC - Wetting, Dispersing and Viscosity Reducing Agents
LUVATINE is a cost effective solution related to problems of wetting and dispersing of fillers and pigments which repeatedly arise during manufacturing of open and closed mould thermosetting compounds.
Since 2010, the LUVATOL business team has been supplying a broad range of high-quality and innovative products for vacuum infusion technology.
PEEL PLY products based on PA 6.6 guarantee an optimum surface finish.

With its LUVOCOM 3F, the LEHVOSS Group will be presenting a product line for 3D printing at JEC World 2018 for the very first time.
The products have been especially developed for extrusion-based procedures (FFF, FDM) and are based on a large number of thermoplastic polymers such as PET, PA and PEEK. The materials stand out because of their good printability, high strengths – even in the z plane – and non-warping properties. The build spaces do not have to be heated. Tailor-made materials are offered, which are matched to the customer requirement.

LUVOCOM 3F with carbon fibre reinforcement for high-strength 3D printed parts
In LUVOCOM 1114, the LEHVOSS Group is offering high-strength, carbon-fibre reinforced compounds based on PEKK. These compounds are characterised also by their very high temperature stability and chemical resistance.
