Polymer Comply Europe (PCE) has announced its next Live Webinar on Sustainable Chemical PET & Polyester Recycling, organised on behalf of European Plastics Converters (EuPC) and DEMETO.
The live webinar will take place on the 27th of February 2020 between 15.00 - 16.30 CET and will introduce the DEMETO project, focusing on the newest updates of the Chemical PET & Polyester Recycling.
DEMETO is a new way to chemically recycle PET in a highly profitable and environmentally sustainable way.

DEMETO will enable the chemical de-polymerization of PET at industrial scale due to its microwave-based process intensification.
The agenda consists of a Welcome & Introduction from Marjan Ranogajec, EU Projects Officer: EuPC, followed by the Sustainable Chemical PET & Polyester Recycling: The DEMETO Project talk by Maurizio Crippa, CEO: Gr3n and a Questions & Answers session to end.
The European Project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme.
The 13 partners that form the DEMETO consortium are from all over Europe and share the common vision that DEMETO will help to create a more sustainable world.
