RIALTI, producer of PolyPropylene compounds, is finalising the startup of its 4th extrusion line for PP compounds reinforced with glass fibres, with a capacity of 3,5 tons per hour.
The new extrusion line is part of the company’s €15 million (approximately £13.2 million) investment plan for 2015-2020 and aims to increase its production capacity of compounds reinforced with glass fibre, mineral fillers and mixed fillers.

The company says it aims to further expand into international markets, having reached 75 per cent of export in 2017, a good share of it corresponds to its export to our Czech Republic’s customers.
“These investments were and are necessary to consolidate our leadership in the field of PP compounds destined to the automotive field, which is Rialti’s core-business since decades,” said Massimo Dal Toso, Rialti’s Managing Director.
“This is the last chapter of our continuous growth and improvement process, which establishes a consistent increase of our production and turnover capacity which passes, from a level which was historically set around 35.000 tons/year to a future projection of 50.000 tons/year.”
