TRANSVALOR will present its innovative injection moulding simulation system at Fakuma this October, where the company is also participating in the Exhibitor Forum.
TRANSVALOR is encouraging visitors to engage in discussions with the company's experts about the simulation of injection moulding and learn how Rem3D can maximise manufacturing
lead times, budget and expected results.
Rem3D is the organisation's newest software, which provides numerical simulation for injection moulding processes. It enables the full injection cycle of polymers to be simulated through 3D resolution of finite elements. Thanks to this simulation, manufacturers can create, analyse and optimise their process parameters and thereby increase your productivity.
Rem3D can be used to determine the optimum dwell time for minimum strain analyse filling defects, simulate the filling of a complex mould in 3D with major variations of thickness, reduce mould design time by determining the best position for injectors and coolers and heating cartridges and optimise the injection process.
Rem3D can simulate standard injection processes and also more complex processes such as water- or gas-assisted injection moulding, co-injection, multi-injection, the injection-expansion of polyurethane foams, the injection of fibre-reinforced polymers, the injection of thermosetting materials, injection-compression and duplicate insert moulding.
TRANSVALOR will present Rem3D at the Fakuma Exhibitor Forum (Foyer East, booth FO - 01) on the 1st day of the Trade Fair on Tuesday October 13th from 13:20-14:00 local time.
